The Mullet

The Mullet is a hidden place I had no idea it even existed! It is a place where artist can do Graffiti Art.
Yes! Graffiti is no longer taken as a act of violence, it is actually considered an art! Every inch of the building is covered with at least one spot of paint or filled with color

The Mullet can be found behind the Almeda Mall in Houston. This old building was donated to the man who started the mullet. The reason the mullet was started was to raise donations for autism.

This Art is incredible and it must have too

ken lots of hard work and dedication. This painting is the first thing you see as you approach the site. It is every large and full of color its like I am looking at the rainbow.
This is an alley on the side of the building full of nothing but graffiti art. Anyone can come here and express themselves by art. The mullet sometimes sponsor  events like  music bands come or artist from all over the world and the money goes to children with autism.
Inside a hidden door between the art wall is the art shop. In this little shop they sell all kinds of spray paints, markers or books with ideas on what to paint. Of course you can only purchase a bottle of spray if you are over 18. Also sold in the shop are other artist art works.

A wall next to the little shop is made by an artist with great potential. It looks kinda creepy but the colors that the artist used on top is very good technique.
